Who are you?

We are a small company based in Glasgow, West Central Scotland. We supply a range of goods.The fact we are a small company means you are much more likely to receive the service you deserve. Please feel free to contact us with enquiries about any of our products via any of the methods on our contact us page.

How can I pay and how long will I wait?

Payments can be made through our secure payment agent at PayPal. There is no need for registration and everything is 'super-safe'. They use the best possible 128 bit Secure Socket Layer  encryption and are the largest payment processor in the world.

We have no access to your card details at any time.

We can also accept payment by cheques, Postal Orders or by Credit Transfer directly into our business account.

If paying by cheque please allow seven working days for clearance, make payable to 'Macgramsci Holdings' and send to address details on contact us page.

All goods will be despatched within 48 hours of our receipt of payment using Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery' to ensure the safe and rapid delivery of your goods.

What about privacy?

We do not share customers information with any third parties. We do not compile or sell lists of any description. Cookies are not used on this site, cookies are only used to process orders while on payment site.

Our terms and conditions of sale:

All goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to despatch.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, goods must be returned by an insured and recordable method of delivery, in exactly the same condition as received. All returns are subject to inspection and verification. 

Returns cannot be accepted in cases of wilful damage, neglect and/or damage caused through use of chemicals.

We reserve the right to refuse any request for supply of goods.
